Selcuk Avci acted as design director of TPS Consult for a short time while continuing to operate as AVCI + JURCA ARCHITECTS in Islington. During this period in his involvement he was credited with the winning of the design contract for the International Airport at Accra, and he left to set up an association with TPS Consult called TPS AVCI through which the project was designed and realised. It was financed by a european fund and built by Swedish contractors Skanska.
