Fiercely independent, proud, strong, unique, rooted, and distinctly different, Žižkov is one of the last remaining bastions of old Prague.

Getting the citywide and overall masterplan balance right all hinge on maximizing the strengths of the location and minimizing its handicaps. In other words, on creating an appealing harmony with the character and reputation of Žižkov.

Much of the early design work focused on the re-orientation of the masterplan and the positioning of the retail component as the heart of the destination. One of our our main concerns has been to ensure the natural connectivity of the linked-in streets and adjacencies.
