Apad - Modular Living

The design is a modular unit that is structurally self contained and which can be stacked up to a maximum of 8 floors. The structure of the unit is steel square section columns, with steel floor and ceiling plates.

The components of the unit are all prefabricated and assembled off site and later dropped in location in a short period of time.

The total area occupied by the flat is 19 sqm internal and contains:
A single bed, Living space, Working study, Kitchenette, Dining space and bathroom.
